The non tourist on the train

Ah well...I went on the bombay local train. Traveled from Churchgate to Andheri and didn't get my hair pulled out or lynched as my mom had feared. So...All in all a pretty successful trip. And OH... I got to see the Tourist.
Two good looking people, Depp and Jolie. But I expected more chemistry. And the story was kinda of predictable. But nevertheless, I didn't start pondering about the loopholes till after the movie.
Also met Raghu after a long time. He's as tall as ever. :)
In other news I have started going to the gym. Not one of my favorite things. Nowadays the only clothes I feel comfortable in are my Pyjamas. Remember girls, It's time to hit the gym when you start spending most of your time in your PJs.
Or you could diet...But that's a really awful thing to do. I guess I think it's awful coz I love eating too much. I really have a hard time choosing between sloth and gluttony. :(
Anyway, to each his own.
I am having two sins keep me company this year end. What about you?
Oh and a belated Christmas.
Till sloth goes on a break

Not an ideal citizen

Supraja Subramanian...let's go see tourist :D
Johnny Depp :-*
Yup...tomo i go to see tourist...and I ride the local train :D two big events
I do have to study for XAT, but i'd rather sit in the dark and moan about the fact that I have to study for XAT than actually do it. Or play bubblespinner... Sneha is so damn close to beating my score >.<

XAT XAT XAT XAT XAT XAT XAT XAT

Plum Cake :-* Can't decide which one I love more... Plum cake or Johnny Depp.
Anyway, during a conversation with Mekala, I just realised that I ain't an ideal citizen...I HAVEN'T TAKEN PART IN ANY ANDOLAN OR MORCHA (that's a strike for all those hindi illiterates out there.)
Sad state of affairs...
Actually I didn't have much to write about in this blog... so sad. sighhhh
I think the entire purpose of writing an entry for this was to not study. Ah well...never mind.
In other news...I miss Gossip Girl... with only top chef to watch nowadays and masterchef australia on tv...I REALLY miss Gossip Girl and I REALLY REALLY miss CHUCK BASS. Jan 24th is SOOOOOOOOOOOO far away.
Oh well...hopefully tomorrow will be an interesting day to write about. Hope so...
Looking forward to meeting Raghu and Prajju

half boiled egg

ahhhh...the joys of eating an half boiled egg. The goeyness, the creaminess...I love it.
Such a simple thing to prepare (I am presuming but its always my mom who cooks so I wouldn't know) But so utterly delicious...sighhhhhhh
Yes...I haven't posted for quite sometime...Was busy...apologies
But then the post I make after so long is about something as delicious as a half boiled egg. :D
Was in Nagpoor with cousins and the amazing Nagpoor santras there. That's oranges for those who are worse at hindi that I am.
But I had the most amazing time in your city Priya...I loved every second of it... the cold, the warm morning sun, the santras, the unlimited starters at V5, the spicy pani puri, hot alu tikki chat and the warming jalebis at Poonam Chambers.
Was a fun time...
But back to my original post about a half boiled egg. Can there be anything more heart warming or satisfying than a half boiled egg? Maybe a cup of my favorite tea... But egg...and especially a half boiled egg...sighhhhh
Egg in all forms is pretty tasty to eat...agreed...but there is something so fulfilling about the half boiled egg...
I guess I have rambled enough for the day...that too about the half boiled egg. Only thing left to do is write a love poem for a half boiled egg...maybe i'll do that
Signing off
Drinking a hot cup of good tea after the extremely satisfying breakfast of a half boiled egg.
